Kitty Clogs Sweden ships from the UK using a DHL signed for service to ensure your clogs arrive safely. All orders are tracked by us and will need to be signed for on delivery. Please ensure you will be there to receive your parcel at the given address. 


Clogs purchased from our READY TO WEAR collection are usually dispatched within 2 days of purchase.


Clogs purchased from our TOM CLOGS and KITTY BRIDE collections will be made to order, just for you, by our family in Sweden. This means your clogs will take a little longer to arrive and delivery times vary. Our current lead time is 30 days for production. Please bear this in mind when placing your order and, if you have any questions or you're in a hurry, do GET IN TOUCH before placing your order.

We're sure you'll love your Kitty Clogs but, if for any reason there's something not quite right, you have 14 days to return your clogs.

Please read all the information below before filling out the returns form below:

  • We can only offer refunds on clogs that are returned in an "as new", and therefore saleable, condition.
  • You have 14 days from the day you receive your clogs to return them to us for a full refund.  After this period we do not accept any returns.
  • Postage costs are non-refundable except in the case of a faulty order. We do not cover return shipping. We recommend using an insured and trackable service to return your goods to ensure that we receive your return. Any items not received by us cannot be refunded. 
  • Please note that all BESPOKE orders are non returnable. Only in the unlikely case that your bespoke order arrives faulty will we be able to offer a refund.
  • We only accept items as faulty if the clogs were defective when delivered to you. We inspect all orders closely before dispatch so this is extremely unlikely but please contact us immediately if you believe you have received a faulty pair.
  • On receipt of your returned order, your clogs will be inspected and we will email you to notify you whether we have approved or rejected your refund. We try to process returns as quickly as possible but it can take up to 14 days during busy periods.
  • Refunds will be made via the original method of payment and will take from 3 - 5 days business days to appear in your account.
  • If you wish to exchange your clogs for a different pair or size, you will need to return your order and place a new one.
